Called in whilst waiting for Coronation Street experience to open early Saturday morning. Staff so welcoming , coffee and cakes were good. Nice and clean and pleasant atmosphere to sit and enjoy our drinks.
I always have a lovely experience here, staff are so friendly, especially Wailun! Had a lovely chat this morning about the new Christmas menu and he kindly gave me the new Cinnamon Crown to try - it's delicious!

This is not the first time the staff at Pret looks down on me like they are an owner of an elite restaurant and i’m some kind of a broke peasant daring to enter an exclusive club for billionaires. Sick of it. Never going to this or any other pret shop.
