Shoku - Salford - Photo album

Shoku serve a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant was stylish and had a an amazing roof of red leaves. The open kitchen allowed you to watch the sushi be made fresh in front of you. We were asked to choose a main course each and were given a seemingly random selection of fresh si
Interesting flavours for your meal at Shoku Japanese-Peruvian restaurant situated in Media City. With dark yet a very welcoming ambience, Shoku is a really nice venue. It’s a quiet restaurant so perfect for a relaxing lunch break and you can tell the thought gone into the interesting flavours. Shok

That Ramen and steamed buns were excellent and I'd have them again any time. Not pictured is the sushi platter we also had which was very tasty too.
Awesome food tonight, all prepared fresh and impeccably presented. We tried their two ramen as the litmus test and we were both delighted. Excellent South American twist on Japanese standards, great flavours and generous portions. The karaage and bao were also delicious. Beer wise, Cloudwater Helles

Went for a walk around Media City looking for somewhere to eat. Initially walked past Shoku as did not look open (rather dark lighting outside), saw the A board -so nipped in to check. We have a dog, they let us sit outside - lucky was a nice day... the waiters seemed happy to see a dog and were v
This place is amazing and just what Manchester needs. I've sampled both the meat bento box and the ramen, both being beautifully presented and full of flavour, but the ramen especially is hands down the best I've had. Super friendly staff and amazing cocktails. Will 100% be returning.
So glad I found this little gem.. sick of eating the same old stuff on my lunch break, I was half expecting to pay over the odds for the food as it does look really nice inside but I was pleasantly surprised the price was reasonable and the quality was amazing and so well presented, Looked to good t
