I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it had American cheese on it. Came back to get another sandwich and they put pepper jack cheese on it but, they didn’t melt it. They just put it on there. Also we got a lemonade and it was the last of the lemonade in the pitcher so it didn’t taste good at all. I had to get another lemonade as well. Also the team leader didn’t know how to do a refund and had to ask a normal employee if they were doing it right

Very impressed with this Chick-fil-A. It is inside a mall food court, but the service we received was as personal as many of the stand-alone facilities we have attended. We came in with a large group, most of whom were ordering individually, so it was a challenging situation for the employees, but they worked quickly and cheerfully to fill all our orders. There was plenty of seating in a clean, open atrium. A great place to stop for lunch!
