Chipotle Mexican Grill

Initially I loved, loved, loved this place. I could have eaten here everyday. The last three times we’ve ordered food, though, it has not been as good in every way - size, taste, service. The amount was too much so making portions smaller was ok with me - but cost should be adjusted. Making quality worse I just don’t understand. See my pics from last pickup 2 days ago. (Lettuce should be cut up and always has been previously. Portion normally at top of bowl/visible but no longer. Burritos dropped in size by 50% or more, etc.) IT WOULD ALL BE OK, EXCEPT FOR LOWER QUALITY, HAD CHIPOTLE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE THIS WAS HAPPENING OR EVEN MADE THE CHANGES GRADUALLY.

I usually don't care enough to post a review about a restaurant, but i really enjoy chipotle so I feel like it's warranted. The food is good and pretty fresh for chipotle standards, but every single time I've been here they skimp on the portions HEAVY. The past few times I believe it's been the same employee, but it's happened with many different employees as well. It's frustrating to pay the same amount as you do at other locations, yet you get literally less than half the portion. I don't know if this is a single unit franchise and they're making the employees to skimp out, but it's aggravating. I've been to so many other locations and never had this problem to this extent

The food is always good here, but management needs to work with the employees to understand how to prioritize orders, or they need to have more people working. We placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins, just a couple burritos and some chips and queso, nothing crazy. It wasn’t ready for at least 45 mins.

This location messes up our food all the time. My wife loves the food though so we have to use them. Tonight they forgot our chips, our kids chips, our kids drink, but managed to put the queso dip in the bag. Guess we just drink it since we had no chips. When going back they said they ran out of chips(at 6pm - They don't close till 10PM) , so they just didn't include anything or say anything even though we paid for chips and queso. They also didn't say why they forgot the kids drink, but did say that we would have to contact corporate since they couldn't do anything about it. Corp immediately issued a refund.
