Honeybaked

I ordered a ham b4 Christmas in hopes my family was able to meet. Unfortunately, when I ordered I used a gift card my company gave and when an unfortunate event happened, I had to call and cancel. Well, I threw the card out and was near a loss. I spoke with owner Nader about my family issues and he was more than happy to help!! He pushed the order thru and put it on hold inside the office! Now as an owner he didn't have to do anything but do a partial refund but instead he said here is MY number you call me when you are able. Unfortunately, the outcome on my family was not good. I reached out to Nader and his group and decided to do a little something and He knew exactly who I was !! What owner takes the time to get to know you and give out his ## to make sure you are taken care of??? This store did!! Go in and have this owner get to know you and your family needs!! He's top notch! He and his crew were awesome!! Thank you from my family!

I'm familiar with the food, which is always phenomenal, when we have it at work. I decided to share the deliciousness with my family tonight. I ordered sandwich one with no mayo or honey mustard. Sandwich 2 with no onion or tomato. Sandwich one had both mayo and honey mustard. Sandwich 2 had no onions but still had tomato. Disappointed since it was expensive and over a 10 minute drive back to the store.

I purchased 3 cookies online. I sent my son inside to get 3 cookies and the cashier, and Indian man, refused to give my son my order. He asked my son how old he was and said it was illegal to give him my order. I went inside to get my cookies. Needless to say, I won't be back because the quality of cookies were horrible and they were doughy and not done. Also, there is no law that says I can't have MY SON PICK UP FOOD FOR HIS MOTHER!!

Honestly not too impressed, it's a very small location, the dining room seemed dark and dim, staff was semi friendly. Service was rough, at first they didn't know if their payment system took the charge to start making the food and had to wait several minutes. Our food didn't come out at the same time, and the side item was missing. When all the food did arrive, make no mistake Honey Baked Ham has some of the best sandwiches you can eat, they are delicious. We had the Turkey Bacon Blitz, and the original Honey Baked Classic.
