The Edgcumbe - Saltash - Photo album

Lovely little Tea Room in an historic quayside. Hand written menu board gives an idea of what they provide, (Ignore the spelling mistake). The row of buildings were lime kilns with more kilns in the area. There is an Information Centre nearby. Devon is just over the river.
Tiny tearooms with snack menu. Better on dry day as can sit outside.
No pasties left. Cream tea was okay but expect more from the national trust than a pot of jam and a pot of clotted cream , should be served in washable dishes , nicer and greener.
It is no longer a tea room, more a nice take-away snack bar (not sure if the change is permanent). Pasties nice and warmed. Coffee in take away cups good. Bit disappointed to have to throw recyclable cups in general rubbish bins. Friendly service.
Great scones coffees and teas very small only a few tables, outside area in summer, very pretty quayside location paid parking £1.00 per hour. A very steep walk to the Tudor house.
Excellent small tea room at Cotehele. Plenty of outside seating.
Lovely place worth a vist. Pick up some cider great for gifts
Nice place with view over historic quay on the Tamar. Lovely staff. Only problem is the National Trust ripping off non members on parking charges. You have to pay £3 even if just stopping off for a coffee. Makes the place an exclusive club for members.
Nice place for lunch or just refreshments.
Cute little tea room on the Cotehele national trust estate. Little bit of a walk away from house so not too good if you not very mobile. Situated right by the river so lovely views from windows.
Beautiful spot ideal for painting or walking the dog. I highly recommend the circular iwalk to Cawsand and Kingsand through the beautiful grounds. Look out for the deer, the daffodils, rhododendrons and the camelia collection. Walk up to the house via the Orangery and the formal gardens and visit th
Lovely place and fantastic views
This is the tea room down on Cotehele house quay Very pleasant esp during the summer although its usually very busy then Great standard of food as you would expect There is a fair bit of parking or you can catch the shuttle (if its operating ) or walk down from the house
Only had an ice-cream but lovely little spot to relax after walking round the house and gardens of Cotehele.
Scones were good, interior space is limited, more biased towards take away than eat in.
Visited towards the end of the day, que was extremely long and very little left. But was handy and pleasant.
