Great country pub with several different beers available. The food menu is good value. Nog used buffet available are rooms for an overnight stay. An ideal place to explore the Tiverton Canal on foot of by canoe. A cycle hire is also available if required.
Popped into The Globe as it is listed as dog friendly. Indeed it was my dogs were welcome inside on the bar area.they were given bowls of water and doggie biscuits.
The food did not disappoint at all. W well cooked and presented well
The ploughman's lunch was great
6 of us had a lovely lunch 2x sirloin steaks, 1 globe chicken, 1 ploughman's 1 chicken burger all came out together, piping hot and generous portions, friendly service good prices and nice atmosphere. All the drinks brought to the table. A great location near the canal too. We will be visiting again

Rang ahead of time to see if they would be showing the football. They sat us down right Infront of a big screen and got it on for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the Globe Inn. Firstly, we were made to feel very welcome, along with our dog Millie, who was immediately given a fresh bowl of water & treats.
Great selection of beers available & those that we tried were very nice indeed. The food served was of equal quality

We were a table of 8 with 4 of us having food allergies. They have plenty of gluten free and vegan options on a separate menu, they were very helpful and willing to double check ingredients to ensure we could eat safely.
