we came here last year and had excellent service. not so much this visit. i ordered tomato soup that never came. my husbands salad arrived with our main course . we would have ordered dessert but it was never offered. it took her forever to bring our check. that being said, the food was excellent.

We sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience! Very attentive service, delicious food and drinks! The asparagus were incredible, the hollandaise sauce so light. OMG, the crispy octopus was beyond delicious, so tender and tasty. The drinks were perfect, and the service awesome. Great experience, wonderful chef and staff!

The meal was delicious! I was in town for a work conference and saw this restaurant on Day one wasn't able to make it there until my last night... after eating there I wish I had been able to go every night the food was that good. The drinks we fun and artisan style, definitely unique. I love that food was locally sourced. It is a one of a kind on the Riverwalk.

The cocktails were some of the best I have had in a while. We really enjoyed the beef tartar and tried the new menu that included Asian Style Cornish hen that was excellent. Unfortunately the pork chop was cold and bland. The service was good but we noticed the glasses at the table had residue on them from not being cleaned well.

The Fig Tree Restaurant is a charming place to eat with a nice French feel. The food is very good and seems to be sourced wherever possible with local ingredients. The service is very good and overall our experience was very pleasant. This is a welcome treat for us on the Riverwalk where a lot of food is good but sometimes lacks the creativity these folks bring.

Ray Ray is an absolutely amazing Bartender who brings life back to San Antonio-check this place out! Drinks are crazy good. Quiet ambiance.

Very Friendly From The Moment We Arrived. We Sat Outside Music Lights Drinks. Servers Very Knowledgeable With Great Recommendations That Will Not Disappoint. Drinks Refreshing Different Super Tasteful. Our Dinner Was On Point!!!!
The Duck was Delicious Stake So Tender.
Overall This Will Be My Spot To Eat Differently. Glad there was something different from Mexican or Tex-Mex food.

My pictures are deceiving because I suck at photography. The foods were absolutely stunning and amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the foods (butcher steak and sponge cake), and the drink (minted kiwi cocktail). I was pleasantly surprised! I have tried many high-end steaks but this was exceptionally flavorful (less salty and black peppery but you can taste herbs).
Bartender’s service was incredible too!

David greeted us by the Riverwalk and gave a great rundown of the area - convinced us to come to the restaurant and man do we owe him. This food was delicious. Additionally, the service is impeccable. Marcos served us and knew every single thing about the menu and made the meal an experience. Absolutely wonderful and would recommend to anyone on the Riverwalk.
