El Maracumbe Ii

I didn't take great pics and I apologize in advance. i was excited and also trying to hurry since we came in late! 😬 Food was decent and staff was insanely friendly! Even though we came in late (an hour before close), we were not rushed at all! I talked to the server about my only two concerns, I wasn't a fan of the melted butter (it just tasted fake, like margarine or something) and definitely need lobster/crab forks- a lot of missed meat just grabbing with your fingers 😭 I want to come back and try some other menu options. Oh and their bar opens next week for Crawfish season!

I love LA Crawfish. Its my go to place to feed the kids when Ive had a busy day and have no time to cook. However todays experience left me scratching my head. I didnt get the name of the lady who helped me, Hopefully the management will read this and recognize who she is. but she was a caucasion woman who really didnt seem to care about customer service, cleanliness or even her job from what I could tell. She talked back in a rude manner when I asked to repeat my order, and gave me a disgusting look as if I wasnt welcome there. With that said the Seafood baskets are the Bomb!! and I would give 10 stars if that were all I'm judging this on I will be back as long as Im not treated so badly next time

During COVID-19 I decided and was really craving some seafood it’s been a while since I’ve ordered anything take out but I’m glad I did I’ve been to LA crawfish before but this location I have never been to I got it to go but you do have the option to get curbside and they will bring out your food to your car. I was able to order easily online and choose and pick up time. As soon as I got there my food was ready to go I double checked and everything was in there hot and ready flavor was amazing as always. I definitely recommend this location the employees were really nice and I wouldn’t let the COVID-19 stop you from ordering delicious seafood.

Im a big fan of crawfish boil, and when I heard about this place I had to try it out. They offer a few options of crawfish pre-seasoned with spices, including Cajun, garlic butter, hot and sour and garlic butter Cajun combo. You order your crawfish by the pound and then add your sides like corn and potatoes by the piece. The seasoning on the crawfish is added after the crawfish is boiled so it was mainly on the outsides, and the flavors were very strong. The crawfish comes out in a tied plastic bag you tear open and dump at your table. Also on the menu are beignet sticks, which were pretty interesting. Not the puffy inflated dough I was expecting, instead it was a basket of fried dough sticks. Overall its still a far cry from authentic Cajun crawfish boil, but it was still very tasty.

Ok, I give LA Crawfish four stars because I read all the reviews prior to going, which put me on the fence in my feelings!! We finally gave it our first shot, and overall, it was fan(mfn)tastic!! The food was blazing hot from the kitchen to the table. The flavor(spicey garlic,hot fire, whatever) soaked into the sweet corn!!😍😍😍 I'm not sure if it was because I was hungry, or just wantwd it all to be right for the price, whatever! Overall, great staff. Our waitress was the 💣!! She helped to strap my wife in, and we were off to the races. Mind you, we were thete at 3:30 pm, so we beat Friday's work flow!!✌🏿✌🏿 Hope you enjoyed the pics! "Timing is everything!!"
