Where to start? The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. We tasted every type of meat they serve and all were DELICIOUS. My personal favorites were the catfish (soooo good) and the pork chops. My favorite sides were the greens, yams, and green beans. Save room for their banana pudding - and wear stretchy pants!

Holy moly! Amazing!;We had the pork ribs plate and the brisket plate. My Texan husband declared the brisket as good as his late grandmother's. The ribs were the best I've ever had, huge and delicious. My favorite sides are the hush puppies and the fried okra, but the corn nuggets were fantastic as well. Next time I'll leave space for dessert. We will be bring everyone to eat here when they visit

Recommended by a friend. Stopped by for lunch on a weekday with my coworkers. The $5 brisket sandwich was delicious and had generous chunks of brisket, onions, pickles and sauce. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I'll have to come back to try their fish and hamburgers next time!

great family owned restaurant. So much good food given for $12. I didn't have the daily special which included a drink for less than $11. the catfish was divine. i didn't have room for the banana pudding I ordered but i got it to go. The waitresses (who I think are the owner's daughters) were both lovely & so on point. Definitely bring your stretchy pants ladies lol.

OMG!!! I have been around the world twice and eaten many places and many types of food. When it comes to home cooking Barbecue. It is worth a trip from anywhere in Texas I have tried their brisket and their beef ribs I judge food by how tender and juicy it is for the fact that I have no teeth. The meat from the ribs and the brisket literally fell apart in my mouth so tender and juicy. I can truly say you do not need teeth to enjoy this meal. Highly recommended 5 stars I will be returning

Great hole in the wall place. Food was delicious and owners were super friendly. Ribs so tender I was able to pull the meat and make a rib sandwich lol. Brisket was super moist and bbq was big over powering. I have definitely found my new go to for lunch.
