Waterburger always has such great tasting food, and the staff is generally polite and friendly.
Their service is usually prompt considering the large number of customers they typically have.
However, they do not give any kind of a Military discount, which is a shame. The reason that we have not had any more tragic terrorist attacks since 9/11 is mainly because of us Military folks.

Jala at Whataburger #1102 is everything that is needed in the service industry. My in line delivery said “delivered” but was no where to be found. I called the store and spoke with Jala who made it right on the spot. She was kind, professional, patient and navigated this mishap with grace. She even walked out my food and personally handed it to me and apologized for what was the mistake of the third party delivery person. Thank you Jala for your excellent customer service.

This is by far the best Whataburger in San aAntonio. We have never had a bad experience here. Everyone from the counter staff, the cooks and the management is outstanding. Theyseem to really enjoy their jobs. The food is, well, it's WHATABURGER, so of course is good! Will be back again and again!

I went last night (4th of July ) and ordered a hamburger and fries at Whataburger. I always like Whataburger I think they’re the best fast food burgers but this time I had to wait MAYBE five mins more than usual to get my order. After waiting the five mins, as normal A gentleman brought my food out, apologized for the wait and gave me my food. When I got home I found a nice surprise. For the extra 5 min wait, they gave me a free cookie. This is why I’ll always pick Whataburger over any other burger chain.

Excellent service, fresh food, clean restaurant. Our very specific order was 100% correct. Employees were friendly, neat and well groomed. Great dine-in experience and great value.
