Wingstop

Love WS, but yesterday's order they kinda dropped the ball. they forgot my seasoning $1.50) , I called no one answered. My fries were not with extra seasoning and were smushy, not even crispy and i even got there right when they were getting ready to bag it, i live dwn the street so i knw they didn't get soggy on the ride home. The new bayou bbq was literally just a blob of sauce not even coated evenly and there was just a sprinkle of the seasoning that is to make it bayou bbq. And for some reason I got all carrots no celery, it's a little annoying bc WS is not cheap, I spent 80 and do this 2 to 3 times a month so just lk anywhere else I would expect it to be correct and the way I ask for. Again think they had an off day.

I like coming to this location. The staff is really nice, and the food is hit or miss. I love their fries when the cooks season them. For this reason, i hesitate to order online. You never know who is cooking your food. The cooks in the kitchen change every month. Next time I go, I'm not going to order online ,but at the store. I will see if anyone is new in the kitchen.
