I picked up my order at the store and the staff was extremely nice so I tipped accordingly. The young person behind the counter was very professional and smiled which made for an excellent transaction. I did not get her name but she should be commended for her professionalism. Papa John's is not my favorite but if this is what I can expect when I pick up, I may have to order more often.

I'm not sure what the situation was but I appreciate the manager going in and taking care of my order after I assumed it was canceled..even though it was late..my pregnate pizza craving was still active and my child who has been sick who just got her appetite back was still asking for pizza.. so for that I appreciate the late delivery..he was very thoughtful and kind. God bless him :)

This place is pretty reliable on getting your pizza out on time and I personally have never had a huge problem with this establishment in regards to timeliness and efficiency. I don't personally like to order delivery because the pizza is never quite as hot as when i just pick it up myself so theres that. Also this is NOT a dine in restaurant so don't plan on setting up camp and getting comfy :)
