This is a pretty good sandwich shop. Nice bread that seems fresh. A good variety of choices and combinations. Haven't tried anything besides the sandwiches. But very enjoyable. I'll be back.

I think they ran out of bread today! LOL Oops. We waited for about an hour. The dining room was completely full of people eating chips, drinking sodas from water-only cups (who can blame them), waiting for their sandwiches. Eventually they started issuing refunds. Finally a partial owner came in and sandwiches started showing up. The bread seemed under-cooked, but who cares when you've been waiting for so long. They issued loyalty discount cards to everyone and we got 2 footlongs instead of 2 half subs. Woot! I come here a lot and they're wonderful. This was definitely just one of those one-time mistakes. I feel bad for whoever is getting chewed out over this, lol.
They DO regularly ring up my chicken club as a turkey club, though, and that's annoying. But it's not a problem unique to this PSub. It happens at all of them because I guess it's easy to misread their computer systems?
I'm from the midwest, so I've seen a lot of PSub stores. This one is good! Very happy with them 95% of the time.

Robert took care of us and did an excellent job. Ate at psubs in Austin and fell in love, tried it in SA and I’m not disappointed. Will be back...ALOT.
