Rude customer service! There is a lady in the front who is really rude. Did an online order and was not informed the lobby was closed so I sent my boyfriend to grab my food inside and the doors are locked. I understand it’s closed but they didn’t bother telling him that as he was standing in front of the door waiting. They could have just been like “sir I’m sorry the lobby is closed” but he was able to walk in because someone was exiting and they were really rude about it “the lobby is closed” …. They are all rude and need to work on customer service. He was not rude at all until they started being rude to him. They could have had a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. Will not be returning back to this KFC even though it’s convenient and close by. What a shame. :/

Will not be going again. Been to this kfc 5 times and not a good experience even once. The chicken is very salty not fresh, not crispy enough, it barley feels warm. The chicken pieces seem to be very small compared to other places and competitors, less meat. Not worth the money 👎 The drive through service is always slow for both KFC and Taco Bell in this location. One time we had to wait for more 10 minutes to receive our order, just 2 items. The car in front was also waiting for a long time. I did notice that they started making the order only after few minutes I pulled over. Poor service.
