The girls that answer the phone here is rude. They are very unorganized and this the reason nobody takes working at McDonald’s serious. This was a part time job for me and the managers try to treat you like your a child. I don’t even buy McDonald’s anymore because working there they have roaches don’t use gloves and just nasty. Nasty company with nasty attitudes

If I could give 0 stars to their Wurzbach/IH10 location I would. I spent 40 minutes trying to get my breakfast order done correctly. It never happened. It wasn’t a difficult order. 40 minutes and two trips to their restaurant trying to get a “fast food” order? There is no excuse for this! BTW, tried to leave a message on your corporate customer service line, dialed the extension as directed, and there is no answering machine connected. It hangs up. Maybe corporate shouldn’t have offer that option, if it is not connected?

This company promotes some of the most unprofessional managers (9151 FM 78). These managers can cuss you out, go out of their way to humiliate you in front of customers and employees because they can't handle the stress of the job. The worst thing is that they don't even as much as get talked to when it's reported. Also, you can tell which managers have been working here way too long just by looking at them.

The lady in the front Lobby is the rudest person ever, she is never in a helping mood.. I've had to go back and fourth to that office because her information is never complete or it's incorrect.. mind you it's and hour drive for me since we don't live in San Antonio... somebody needs to talk to her or she needs to be replaced.

They decided to hire me give me my uniform and finished my paperwork. While all this is going on all the ladies kept looking at me oddly. So out of no where an older lady pulls me to the side to tell me that I’m not hired cause of my hand tattoo.. I felt real discriminated, why put anyone through that.. Watch out for the Stagg company, old Discriminating way of thinking… Very disrespectful..

Want to lose connection with family members for working 50+hrs a week? Want to ruin your education because you’re threatened to get fired to change your availability? Look no further! Working for this company taught me that I was no more than someone else’s paycheck and nothing else. I was lucky enough to get a respecting, better paying job that pays you what you’re worth, but after 2 years of enslaving myself here, I scarified sleep, relationships, and especially my education to make these people happy. The moment I ask to change my availability, I’m threatened to get replaced in my position because it’s “not honorable”. Oh and the supervisors? When you tell them your problems, you get the usual “Okay, let me get back to it and let you know what happens”, and you get a month long wait just to be told “Yeah I was going to talk to you about this when I last saw you”. But what about the beautiful sweet ladies at the office? Oh they’re the exact opposite of what I just mentioned. When you approached, my greeting was ALWAYS in the nature of, “What do you want? What do you need? Etc” if I was lucky I’d get a “How can I help you?” In a very uninterested tone. At first I didn’t take it personal, but then I realized “Is this really who I’m working for?”. Oh! And they can keep a manager that is noticeably on drugs for YEARS, but they’ll fire an employee for calling in due to medical reasons (with a doctors note). I wish to see improvements in this company, and maybe, JUST maybe if I ever decide to work for McDonald’s again, I will. But for the Acosta family.

Went here to retrieve my W2 form. They don't allow anyone other than employees that work there into the place now due to COVID-19 restrictions, but I must say the lady in the front desk was very helpful😌

These people are so rude that work in this office. Come here for your orientation and they act like it’s a hassle to help out. The lady who sits at the front desk ALWAYS has an attitude or she just flat out has bad customer service. You’re here to help people get done what they need to get done, there’s no need for you to act like that towards them. I’ve been here 4 times and they’ve all been rude.
