Mcdonald's

Rude server in drive through. When I stated I wished to cancel my order because of the service, the server stated; What ever. I approached the Manager at the front door and was explaining the situation. She wasn't able to hear me because she had and ear piece in and I recommend she remove it temporarily so I could explain the situation she stated; no and the server was not rude to me. I asked the female manager for her name. She refused to give me her name and slammed the door in my face. I will never do business with this McDonalds location ever again and will encourage everyone I know to boycott this McDonalds. By far the worst service I have ever received. The manager should be fired for not only her behavior but for allowing employees to treat customers so rudely... After reviewing the comments in the comment review section, the manager has 47 complaints. The owners should read them and take responsibility for their McDonald’s restaurant.

Never like going to this particular McD. Never get the right order. Thought I'd give it a try. 30mins in the drive thru. The 3 cars behind me got their orders b4 I did. Hav to bang in window to get my order. Once I did I had to wait bout 8 more mins for my drinks. Never again to this McD. Only 1 star bcause I couldnt go w 0 stars.

I decided to try there quarter pounder burger and to only find my patty raw(still red), mind you I already ate most of the burger till I had seen how raw the meat was. I called to let them know... the service was nice no issues or attitude,my issue is the young lady tells me that it could be from the cooker putting to many patty's out at once, and that they serve medium rare patty’s fresh which I don’t mind.. however my meat was RED. After telling her how the meat was she ask “if I’m sure?” ..I’m not eating raw meat for fun..of course I’m sure. My worries now because of the raw meat, I hope I do not get salmonella.

The lines are always crazy long going as far as wrapping almost all around the restaurant so this time we decided to try ordering curbside. This took so long that if we had just gone through the line we probably would've bad our food faster. Being that is was just a small burger and fries we didnt think it'd take more than 20 minutes. We kept waiting and finally decided to call inside and ask about our food, the girl that answered had stated that our food had been ready and she came out to give it to us. It was already cold. Not worth waiting.
