Speedy's Chicken

I stopped in for sum Yard Bird the other day at 522 SW Military & had a postcard of 6 coupons & was told by the cashier, "We no longer accept those coupons". 5 out of the 6 coupons say, "No Expiration" on them. I don't have a PhD in business from Rice University, but I have my own idea of what "No Expiration" means. I'm not a regular customer, I was a big fan of your gizzards & gravy until I ordered them one time & the cashier told me that you didn't have them anymore because no one ever orders them. Since then I made the drive to Che's to get my fix. I've used coupons at KFC, Church's, & Bush's and they've always honored their own coupons. I'm not going to tell you how to run your business but I know that all I have in this world is my balls & my word and I don't break them for no one!

Been going to Speedy's for quite some time now. Their Chicken Tenders are great! Their Fried Okra is way yummy and the Sweet Tea is Awesome!. Many times I go there just for the tea. Haven't been in quite a while though due to the customer service and the location. Location is a tiny bldg between a Subway Sandwiches and dumpy strip center and it's hard to find parking and get in and out of (even for drive-thru). And the customer service - well - Brian is right - business ethics and pro-customer service is NOT on the menu - They don't honor coupons (i had those same coupons they wouldn't take - no expiration date), their prices seem to go up every time I do go there AND among other little lack of customer service things I've noticed - in the drive-thru they will only take one order - if you have two or more they make you come in to place the order AND no matter what (even if there is no one behind you) they make you pull up (I HATE THAT) - uh did I mention the POOR location and parking conditions. Hmmm.
