Loved both the food and service. Menu has several authentic Peruvian dishes and cocktails were well made too. Service was very good as well. Overall I’d recommend this place for dinner.

A stellar Peruvian restaurant with some of the most amazing tastes I've experienced in a long time. The pickled yams, the mushrooms on top of the crab cakes, other little things just added to the overall courses...WOW. A wide variety for all tastes. And the service...stellar!!! Such nice people who really care about their food, service and customers. I can not wait to go back again.

My daughter was in town and went there. The next day I asked her what kind of food she'd like. She wanted to go back.

Rare to give an establishment 5/5, but this place is college's best kept secret. Upon walking in, you're greeted by a host/bar tender, entertainment of the night, as well as friendly smiles from the kitchen staff. Luckily this night there was a lively band paying out front. Greeted by name, without even checking in, what magic do they possess? Foodwise: anything cebiche is fire. Authentic Peruvian flavors , delicate fresh fish with citrus, I see why words like tantalizing were invented. Although not a full bar, the bar tender makes magic with what they have , the pisci sour was everyone's favorite . Mains: get the chicharon, it's fatty, it's crispy, it's umami. Octopus well cooked with a Peruvian mint , and the highlight aside from the cebiche was the taku taku (seafood medley ) that will keep you satisfied. Best Peruvian restaurant I've been to , twas the service that made me feel we were eating in someones home . PS: yucca fries are perfectly cooked, don't skip on those badboys

This was our first dining experience in SF after pandemic restrictions lifted and we have been back several times since. There are more expensive Peruvian places in the city but none better. The guests we bring are always impressed with the food and service.

Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Always fire music! There were not that many pescatarian/vegetarian options though. The staff is so friendly though!!

All appetizer and side items we had were wonderful! Good Sangria. Didn't see any main entree dishes for vegetarians.

5 stars!! We sat outside near the heat lamps and without even asking, were brought blankets for our legs. The drink was on spot perfect. I wanted more, but promised I'd only have one. The food started coming, each dish more delectable than the previous. Melt in your mouth goodness. The empanadas are 5 star. The salmon ceviche 5 stars and the bbq ribs with homemade coleslaw & sauce was 5 stars. I'll be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Simple, quiet, relaxing, and offering perfect food... Piqueo's is a hidden gem of the SF restaurant scene. I'm not sure why I'm only leaving a review now. I've been coming here for 2 years, and I love this place more than any other. You can't go wrong here. The execution of the menu is impeccable every time... seriously, every dish (even the simplest one) is so good and perfectly made. If you want to go out and enjoy food that makes you feel good, it's delicious every time, and it's surprisingly great every time you order anything... go to Piqueo's.

Wonderful evening out with my husband. We sat outside on a chilly night on 2/25/23 (coats and heaters kept us plenty warm). This was our first time to Piqueo's. The servers, to those helping were so friendly and helpful. We did all small plates (the prawns and sweet potatoes our favorite) were satisfying, delicious, the presentation and flavors were amazing. Can't wait to come back with our daughters and friends.
