I ordered my drink ahead using the Starbucks app. My drink was ready quickly. I tried the Dragon Drink for the first time. It’s yummy. I usually go for coffee drinks with regular milk (Iced Tall Caramel Macchiato with Heavy Cream), so a drink with coconut milk is very different for me. It works well with the mango and dragonfruit flavors. Refreshing. Creamy, but not heavy.

This is a good, spacious Starbucks to drop into at the beginning of the workday. You can prepare for presentations, interviews or work. The staff are friendly and the tables are well-placed.

Pro: Nitro cold brew in the house!
Con: It feels like an older store, a bit dingy looking. It gets the job done but I probably wouldn't choose to come back here over other options in the area.

Busy, like every Starbucks in SF or anywhere. The staff remains friendly and the seating area is pretty clean considering the traffic through here. The restroom is challenging because they offer their restrooms to the general public. While I appreciate their goodwill, but they need to maintain them better and possibly even offer more or larger restrooms.

Had a great cold brew coffee here. Was just passing through and needed a pick me up. The god behind the counter had an infectious smile and the whole staff was super friendly. Consistent quality throughout most Starbucks and people can hate on them all they want but they make some dang old cold brew. Cheers!

Good spot, good wifi. Service was slow on a Sunday, but that's probably healthy in the bustle of the city .
You will encounter some down town folks who talk to themselves and are "different" but they're harmless and the staff deal with the ones who aren't.

My second home. Lovely staff, great beverages and wonderfully high ceilings. Please be nice to the baristas, they work incredibly hectic shifts. If they've impressed you, a little tip goes a long way. Say hi to them too, they don't bite

Hit this location on a Sunday afternoon and found no lines or crowds (making it a little oasis in the city).
Super friendly folks, coffees done right, and lots of seating made our visit a pleasant one.
As other reviewers have noted, there are no plug-in power stations. We weren't in need so it wasn't an issue. There are power pads on the bar.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the downtown ares. The staff is polite and service is fast. They have tons of seating and is roomie. They do have times they are extremely busy and that is when there is a convention is happening in the area. Even when they are busy service is still fast and not a long wait. The only downfall is if you stop there for a drink and sit on the laptop or need to plug in a phone they have no outlets to use at this location.
