A walk up that is hands down the best effin sandwich I have ever eaten. I got the Porky, Black Forest Ham and cheese on a roll. The wife had a Mick without bread. They put it in a special container and it was amazing.

Price aside (it's ridiculously priced high), this is one heck of a great sandwich! Everything tastes fresh and the combinations, ratios and sauces were perfectly balanced and calculated. I had the Alison and the Mick and would highly recommend both, especially the Mick if you enjoy the taste of McD Big Macs! Parking seemed available on Folsom prior to the Deli, not so much after it. I love a block from here. I eat here at least twice a month. Best sandwiches in the city. Period. Expensive? In San Francisco?!? (Clutch pearls) yes- it’s $20+ per sandwich, but they are hearty so I split mine over two meals. Soup is good too. Fries I could take or leave. Also- look- they don’t brook no nonsense there. They are perfectly lovely if you act right. I look at some of these reviews who noted bad customer service and as someone who works in customer service- let me assure you those reviewers are the problem. The owner is a big advocate for the neighborhood too. They have a line down the block every single day. That speaks for itself. You won’t be sorry.

Wow wow wow, this was an amazing sandwich which I very much enjoyed. The sandwiches are on the pricier side and they don’t look like they’re too big, but they are extremely filling. When I got there, the first thing I heard was another customer saying, oh I haven’t tried this one yet, which shows that Deli Board makes quality food and people love it. Only downside is parking is difficult, but it’s well worth it!

Top notch Sammy. Sadly, no seating. So we kicked it on the curb and ate. But the sandwich was pretty damn remarkable.

Lives up to all the hype. Best deli I've experienced in SF. Sandwiches may not look very big but they pack a punch. Absolutely stuffed with the goods. You will not be disappointed.

Worth the hype. Highly recommend the ALISON sandwich - has both the pastrami and corned beef on a French roll. This is a walk up counter for take out only. They do have one table but it only fits two people and is usually taken. I recommend driving there as street parking was highly available.

I knew instantly after the first bite that my sandwich was going to be divine. It may not seem big when you take it out of the bag but it is hefty and packed to the brim. Yes, it can be a little pricey but it’s definitely a treat for your taste buds. The included pickles on the side and chips also compliment the sandwich well. No dine-in but the park across the street has benches shaded by trees that provide a nice place to enjoy your sandwich

One of the best sandwiches ever made. We are very lucky to have this incredible sandwich shop located in San Francisco. All the sandwiches are amazing. They are some of the biggest sandwiches he will ever try to hold in your hand. I have to call out that the price may look big, but the sandwich in the value is even bigger. (I was not paid in sandwich’s to post this).

Taste is 11/10. Sandwiches are SO good 🤤 The meat is Kosher and mostly beef (except bacon and ham). Service is decently fast, even if lines can get long. Tried the 49ers sandwich - one of their specialties. MUST TRY!
