Macha milk tea is amazing. They also have regular tea. Would love it if they had pastries to enjoy with the tea. They have indoor seating. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

It might have been an off day but I had high expectations from this place given the reviews. I tried the black milk tea with regular milk and boba. The tea tasted like watered-down black tea that I could have made at home with some bobba and ice added. Not the usual delicious silky milk tea that I've had elsewhere in the city/world. For a $5.50 drink I did expect better.

Growing up in Taiwan (“land of boba and tea”), I had my fair share of bobas in Taiwan, NYC, LA, and Europe. This is the top two boba stores that I would pick for the USA. Another one is in LA. My standards are high and it really beats out other competition easily. Good job.

So excited that they’ve reopened!! Can’t go wrong with the tea here. Personally love the HK milk tea hot, or a seasonal fruit tea depending on my mood :)

Really terrific fresh fruit teas and matcha. Boba is a bit too soft for my tastes but the vibe is immaculate.

One of the few places that knows how to do a proper masala chai without making it a sugar bomb (you can ask for sugarless if you want no sugar) or making it too creamy.

Got the matcha latte. Came early before the morning rush and might I say, Asha Tea House has a nice ambiance to just have tea and relax. Their whole store smelled lovely like a perfectly brewed earl grey that calms your senses.
