Just want to say a huge thank you to the ladies at Costa Ssndbach. Today I somehow managed to spill my drink all over myself, table,and the floor. Not only did the ladies insist I didn't help clean up the mess, they also gave me another drink free of charge. Excellent customer service 👏👏👏
The food was nice, the panini had a decent amount of filling. I’m always disappointed when I go to a chain cafe and the toasties/panini’s have little to no filling but these were very good.
I like Costa, i always feel like im reaching for the sky at the till, 😆
the staff are always on it so you ain't waiting to long and it's open later than its local competitor which is always a win.
The friendly, cheerful staff at this Costa are the reason for this post, as they made this Old Thing feel genuinely welcome. Two delightful young baristas who reminded me of my lovely grandaughters.
The Costa itself has good WiFi and air-con and is more spacious inside than it appears from the stree

I like this Costa, generally very good service and staff are friendly and helpful. Always well maintained and comfortable with quite a lot of seating. The Black Forrest hot chocolate might be my favourite non alcoholic drink.
Really good local Costa coffee, some great staff and everything you would expect otherwise from a Costa.
First visit since social distancing was introduced. Very impressed. Signs were clear. Decent amount of seating despite the distancing. Felt very comfortable and at ease. Will be visiting again soon.

I like this particular Costa cafe, reasonable size so you can generally get a table, its clean, tidy with fairly quick service with the usual selection of costa cakes, snacks and sandwiches. Staff are friendly. I've never used the toilets so can't comment on those.
I always get a take out drink and a piece of cake it's one of my luxuries that me and my friend do during this pandemic. The staff are polite and the service is quick. They still wear masks which I love cuz it makes me feel I'm in a safe environment. You can stay in if you want just make sure you do
Good coffees but coming from North America we prefer cream in coffees.
Love this costa ! The lady with the brown hair is such a credit to costa she has worked there as long as I can remember and I'm pretty sure a lot of the regulars come especially to see her and when it's quiet have a little chat. She always remembers us and is super friendly and efficient!
