Absolutely top boozer - with amazing food(my Roast was honestly 10 out of 10), and great staff. Half top restaurant half great old pub. They were very accommodating for us today with my Nan who's getting on a bit - and we all loved it! Cheers!!!!
This place is a gem lovely staff. Lovely buffet laid on for our friends 60 th birthday party. Never seen a place packed with friendly clientele. Five stars. Well done.
Quick Friday night dinner. Pub has just been renovated and looks great. Service was good, and pub (not restaurant!) is dog friendly. The moules were delicious, but the sausages were a little dry.
Rooms were really clean and the service was excellent! Came down to try the fish and chips and was really impressed with how friendly and welcoming the atmosphere was. Would 💯 recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Cozy with a warm welcome, we didn't eat but the restaurant looked lovely and has beautiful views of the beach. The upstairs terrace is a lovely place to have a drink while taking in the scenery. It was a bit chilly and overcast when we went so I would love to visit again when the sun is shining, the only downside for me was parking, it was on street and would be difficult on a busier day so I would suggest a taxi.
Sunday pm, hungry after a hike, needed roast and quick. On the table 10 mins after sitting down awesome. 'Real' roast potatoes too. Expected 2 x veg dishes not one but plenty for four. No probs.
Stewart & Wendy are great hosts. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was super pleased to have found this little gem to stay in. We had the top floor, bedroom and sitting room with gorgeous sea views. Bed was comfortable, ensuite spotlessly clean. For breakfast there were lots to choose from and cooked fresh to perfection. The pub itself was quaint, historical with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu in the restaurant has a good choice of food too. Would highly recommend. So me and my family have eaten here a few times and the food is amazing, cooked to perfection and well presented. Friendly staff and happy to help. We sat on roof terrace is the sun over looking the sea, one of the best places in folkestone with stunning views of the sea. My family and I will defo be coming back.

Lovely pub. I discover the Poretti bier it’s very nice and the barman is very friendly.
Lovely place. Food is amazing, good selection of beers. And Amy, who served us our lovely fish and chips was excellent!
Went for an early evening Saturday pint. Nice choice of local beers. And a nice crowd in that night.
