Un organized. It's a amazing and easy company to work for. They just have some employees that need to do better customer service in drive thru window.

I came here and ordered off my app, Early in the morning and didn't hit Extra Large for my coffee, when I went inside to pick it up noticed it was a medium, I guess the look of confusion on my face got the managers attention, when I told him I mistakenly ordered the medium instead of the Extra Large, he took the medium coffee and went and made me a new Extra Large Coffee and wouldn't take money for the difference. Extremely nice of him to do for my own mistake. Also here you get the Donuts you ordered vs the one in Mansfield Twp.

This location is great! When they see my name come up on the mobile order they know exactly how I like my coffee. Tina is the best! On the days I place my order early in the morning, Tina will actually bring my coffee to the door for me when I get there to pick it up.

The food was great, but the service was a little like. It was a 2 star for me because when I went to the drive-through and nobody answered what I said for like about like 7 minutes. And so I had to go inside and like actually like going order. And they gave me food. But I was happy that they gave me another Chai latte. 😀

Excellent service. All the coffees ordered were prepared in true Dumkin fashion and were delicious. The store was crowded but the employees were working hard to keep the customers moving. As I waited in line I looked around and noticed how clean the store was. You won't disappointed at this Dunkin Donuts. Stop in and see for yourself.
