I came here before and I used to love coming here and the past 2 times I’ve come here I had issues when it came to pay the bill. One time the service was so bad it wasn’t funny then when the waitress came to get the bill she had reached for my card across the table still on my wallet. I checked my account the next day and they charged me a 15% tips on top of my bill when I didn’t authorize The second time I come in I get told it’s a MIN of a 15% tip when you dine no where does it say a minimum of a 15% tip on anything. I will never ever come back here again.

The appetizers were good but the main courses were some of the worst I had. Kung Pao chicken was all celery and peanuts with only a few dry and chewy pieces of chicken and was not spicy. These dishes also don’t come with rice??? We just made our own at home because that is ridiculous and it was already so expensive. Would find someplace else to eat.

The price has been increasing each year and the portions are decreasing! The average Lunch Special is $14.00 plus tip....... To make matters worse and I have been eating here for years is the quality of food is poor and not well prepared...... Don't waste your time with this place and try somewhere else!

We been ordering here for manny a years. Price keeps going up. And quality is inconsistent sense covid roughly. Our last order our pupu for 2s spare ribs r like a different restaurants ones. So soft n fat. We like em small n a lil more cooked like they use to be. Honestly the house special rice had like no shrimp either. Pretty sad i got so lil for 50 bucks n was fine with thet n understanding of price raise reasons. But when nothing on the pupu platter for 2 was good ( egg rolls where Normal for them but im not into egg rolls) and the rice was lacking shrimp and wasnt very good. Honestly i believe this will be my last order. To many not great meals last year n a half and we been going there idk seems like 15 years but i could be wrong maybe longer or maybe it hasnt been open that long. Hard to keep track. I wish you luck but with the poor quality i gotten 60% of the time in last year n a half im good. I feel cheated out of my money. Ive been to bad asian restaurants and bar asian buffets and your quality is getting that bad. But its ok i can not be lazy and make it myself or go elsewhere. My family has been eating here for as long as I can remember (since I was a kid) and the food and service has always been consistent. Joe’s maitais are a favorite and we love the beef teriyaki and lobster sauce. We’ve always been treated kindly and the staff has taken time to ensure us certain foods are safe for my daughter with allergies.
