We visited yesterday - we were staying not far away and were a little late going out for dinner. I'm gluten free so often restricted for options. Warm welcome, efficient service and the food was great. Good portion sizes. Staff were aware of allergens and happy to advise. Was a little quiet, but was later on a Wednesday night and the staff were still attentive but not obtrusive. Would recommend.

Good service with helpful and friendly staff. Large menu, plenty to choose from including English dishes, snack dishes and chef specials. Naan was a little dry but the curry was lovely, and tasty dips to go with the popodom. Looks small from the outside but pretty large with plenty of seating. No booking required on quieter days. Decent selections of wines on offer including bottles and glasses, also spirits and soft drinks. Recommended for a nice meal that's above average.

Having recently eaten at the other Indian restaurant in Sandwich and had a very poor meal we were looking forward to a good Indian meal and we weren’t disappointed. The food and service were excellent. I had the saag Bhaji and dall masala which were cooked to perfection. My partner was also delighted with his meal. We will definitely be back as the range of vegetarian meals on offer far exceeded elsewhere locally and the food was wonderfully tasty.

It was really good food and I've only marked the service down because we waited an hour and a half for our main course. We were told that they were short staffed amid many apologies.
So we'll try again on another occasion and hope they're back to normal

I went there last night, for the first time in over 20 years.
I forgot how good it was!
The staff were so friendly and efficient and I don't think the price had changed either!
But the most important thing was the food was fantastic.
Will be making this a regular thing from now on.

Fabulous food,. Very tasty and great atmosphere. Highly recommended, don't bother with the other Indian restaurant in Sandwich, this is cheaper and better.

Very decent food and tasty too. Seemed like they made a big effort to make the dishes taste different from each other (unlike a lot of other neighbourhood Indian restaurants) fantastic service from our young waiter (visited Sunday 19th September 2021). Excellent value also and would definitely return.

One of the best Indian takeaways I've ever eaten. Their mild curries are very creamy and still incredibly flavourful and the chicken is always juicy. Staff are also very friendly and the wait time they've given has always been accurate in my experience.
