Change of ownership and a much improved venue. Great locally made ale with a great variety of names and strengths. Limited opening times so do check before you intend to visit. I'll certainly be back

No longer a Music cafe...they do not sell Vinyl and have been taken over by Time and Tide Brewery! Looks a lovely place to have a drink! We were told by the very helpful bar staff that Smugglers Vinyl Store has relocated to Deal.

Beautiful and cosy bar, with lots of interesting beers and non-alcoholic options (like this Gingerella!). Nice atmosphere and music too!

Honest and unpretentious beer and music place. Joe always makes od our visit most enjoyable time

Incredible! Amazing atmosphere and brilliant staff. Ellie was such a big help and really knew her beer Spent most of our time here during sandwich folk and ale festival and couldn’t recommend it any more We’ll definitely be back!

Really great little bar/cafe. Before corona they had great music every Saturday (and perhaps other days). The atmosphere was great and the best, from a local brewery, is really nice. Now they are doing takeaway and some outdoor drinking which is still good!

The best place for craft beer in Sandwich. Great selection of local and national beers as well as a good selection of soft drinks and spirits. If this isn't enough you will be warmly greeted with friendly and attentive service.

Nice place with good clientele. All time and tide beers, so they're local. A bit more expensive than most pubs, but it's speciality beers so worth it. The atmosphere is good and decor unique with vinyl sleeves all round the walls.

Best pub in the area by far . The staff ( Ellie I think ) is so helpful and very knowledgeable on beer and knew what I wanted to drink even before I ordered . I cannot recommend this place more highly
