Love their bagels... only issue is if you call you can never get through to anyone. When I asked them today why that is the case. They told me because their phone disappeared.?🤷♀️ makes it hard to order from them especially since ordering on the app is limited to their pre-election of bagel boxes.

The food is top notch. Pricey, but it's about what I'd expect for a niche place like this. They don't have any tables or chairs for you to sit in (which is silly). Oh and don't bother getting two eggs. One egg is plenty and the extra egg costs more than it is worth.

First time trying out Einstein bagels and was not disappointed. I will return in the future I recommend the Texas brisket with egg bagel sandwich.

This is My SPOT! I love ordering pickup from here, but they do get busy at random morning hours, but the staff has always been awesome and quick!
There is no seating as they removed it since Covid, so it’s more of a grab-n-go spot! They do they keep it very clean!
I’ve ordered hundred of times and have only had a handful of tiny order issues, but they always make up for it!
I would recommend getting the rewards app as it really does pay off!!

We stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way through Salt Lake. As we got to the counter to pay, the manager apologized for the delay (there was none that we had noticed) and informed us that they had 2 employees not show up that morning. He was so grateful for our business and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service and meal. As our food was being prepared we watched him talk with the other customers and employees. Despite the short staffing and his stressful morning, everything was running smoothly and the atmosphere on both sides of the counter was upbeat and pleasant. I will stop here again and recommend it to anyone passing through. So nice to see a business run the way it should be!

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Food is decent. Very filling and best to eat in car, the whole burrito thing. The twice baked hash browns had cheese in it, didn’t expect that, but it was not as good as a regular hash brown
