I miss the days before covid where we could get our own salsas from a salsa bar. Good food and ready when the app said it would be.

For “fast food” this place is solid. The smoked/grilled chickens are really tasty.

Easily one of my favorite spots to get chicken. Sometimes when ordering items with chicken it’s too dry but ordering the grilled chicken pieces are consistently delicious. Their avocado salsa is delicious and I love this place. Also their mashed potatoes ARE SO GOOD. Wayyy better than a certain colonel’s 👀

Pop Quiz hot shot: what is the best way to find a great lunch for a great price? If answered ask your co-workers, WRONG. Correct answer: follow the construction workers. This place is full of orange vests for a reason. It's SUPER GOOD, FAST, AND WELL PRICED. Fresh Mexican whole menu is good. And don't forget some churros! And at this location the employees are super cool and make you feel like a local regular.

If you like chicken this is a great place for a variety of chicken dishes. Bowls, burritos, nachos, taco salad, chicken meals. Delicious diet coke! I love stopping in when I am in the area! Also love the chips and guacamole!

We come from California for a Business trip, I am very familiar with Pollo Loco brand. I was surprised with this location. We visited this location Monday 23, 2023 it was around lunch time. when we arrived the staff greeted with a friendly smile, they suggested their New grillers, fresh chips and Guacamole. My order was perfectly fresh and delicious we ordered the grilled chicken combo, chips and guacamole. We were astonished to see a clean lobby and the Restrooms where nicely stocked and clean. Lety was very friendly she came to our table to make sure our order was perfect and offered us condiments. We will be stopping to this Pollo Loco occasionally for our future business trips just for the exceptional service we received yesterday. In my personal opinion this Pollo Loco has overcome my expectations. Thank you for the delicious food and customer service.

See update below. We ordered a 3 piece meal and a cheese quesadilla with chicken and a side of sour cream and a side of quacamole. My husband loved his chicken. My quesadilla was so very dry. The chicken was dry and hardly any cheese. I didn't get my sour cream. They gave me salad dressing instead. I was really disappointed. But I can say the bathroom was spotless and employees were very nice.
UPDATED 9/10/22. We stopped in again for lunch. My husband had the 2 piece meal and I had the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla. Both were delicious. Staff was wonderful. They offer a military discount, which is great. I raised them from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thanks for a great meal.
