The gals that work here in the AM are exemplary! This is what a Starbucks should be: delicious consistency, down to earth kindness, clean modern ambiance, and someone who knows your name (and drink). These gals deserve a generous raise and should be training others! Even both my kids commented on how the gals make their vanilla bean crème taste better than any other location we’ve been to in the US (in 20 different states). Now if an 8 & 10 year old can tell the difference then it’s worth listening.
On another note: the afternoon guys make the most awful drinks and are rude in that indifferent don’t care would rather be somewhere else kind of attitude.

It’s a shame they got rid of the receipts where you can leave a tip. The employees here work hard. If your complaint is that the drive thru takes too long, just know that they’re also doing online order pick ups and door dash at the same time. Carry around cash I suppose!!!

Just came from the drive thru, excellent service as always. I've been a customer for 10+ yrs & rarely have an issue. Anytime there is an issue, they always take careofit & go above & beyond to make sure you're satisfiedwith the outcome. Woody is actually what made me leave this review so please, Starbucks & his manager please give him some recognition & I recommend taking a few notes as he knows customer service.
When I think customer service, I always picture a corporate employee on the other end working off scripts. I managed a call center for almost a decade, luckily I was able to escape the corporation environment but I'm more versed than most.
With cust serv.- I pay a little more attention than most & notice small details. I ordered a simple Carmel Macchiato, paid, got my coffee, tipped, forgot a stopper, got one & I was gone. His intro was what caught my attention. Not forced, fast, attitude, none of that. Calm, confident tone not forced at all & what's more is the conversation feel rather than the "can I take your order?" Feel.
This was an actual human experience without any of that corporate feel. That's usually the type of service I receive in the drive thru so its nice to have a conversation with a person rather than feeling like you may as well be speaking to a robot.
It may seem suspect with this long review, I assure all that it's legit & genuine. I'm alwaysin that drive thru, the bald Guy in the black Benz. I feel credit needs to be given for people in ordinary roles that you can tell are extraordinary & will be very successful. They are the Diamonds in the Rough. Starbucks had better start promoting him; He's going to go very far, whichever path he chooses.
Too often people like Woody that go well beyond their duties, go unrecognized. We get our coffee and go about our days. I usually do as well, which made me leave this review.
I hope this feedback reaches those @ Starbucks, and @ the Sandy- Quarry Bend location.

Just wanted to say Lexi & Taylor (sorry if I misspelled/put the wrong names 😅) made our day by fixing our order that a different Starbucks location messed up. They are always very kind and get orders taken care of insanely fast. So huge thanks to them for being awesome, they deserve a promotion or two!

So overall the service was great! For those of you that want to try the new Gold Ginger Drink I tried it with my friend, we came to the conclusion that when u take your first sip it was like that sensation after you vomit and acid reflex and get immediate diarrhea. If you like that sound of that sensation get your self a cup of that:) no hard feelings we are the biggest fan of Starbucks 😀

My favorite Starbucks in the city and I pass at least 5 of them on my commute to work but nothing will beat the beautiful customer service this store displays. It’s clean 100% of the time and the employees act as though they genuinely love their jobs. I appreciate their faces in the mornings I’m glad I found my Starbucks 😊💕
