I always come into Zupas and I'm greeted with exceptional customer service! Justin is ALWAYS so kind and helpful! This location is a 10/10 for me! Their food is always fresh and delicious! My favorite is the try 2 combo with a salad (Nuts about Berries) and the Red Roasted Pepper Lobster soup!

This location is by far the best one! They’re always taking care of their customers with the upmost care and with a great attitude! Justin is amazing and has THE BEST customer service! He makes you feel welcome and always puts a smile on my face! I always enjoy my food here and I crave it daily! I would 100% recommend to everyone!

Elvira was out of the ordinary today. I usually go in and out on the same monotone environment but this lady made a memorable experience with personalization and kindness as well as great service. Food was very tasteful and hot. Fast and delivered with a smile. She visited my table and made me feel like in family. Shoutout for Elvira. I’ll keep comí back and recommend this particular restaurant.

I had such a great experience today! the store was very busy but all of the employees i spoke with were so kind and had a smile on their face. justin especially stood out to me! he was so so kind, helpful, and convinced me to buy something sweet with my food haha!

This place is a go to for lunch. Always friendly service, clean and if you have an issue just let them know and they get right on it!
Say hi to "Kinzie" when you go! She is a terrific server with fantastic customer service skills. She is always thinking of ways to work with various allergies and dietary needs. She also has a terrific memory for faces and gives 5 star service where she can!
The management is also fantastic here from the customer point of view.

Food is very fresh and refreshing! The soup was literally steaming at our table. Very order comes with a roll (which is a reallllyyy good roll) and a Chocolate cover strawberry. I always leave feeling perfect full and the good healthy full, not that I had too many fries and now want to die full. There are some cool unique drinks like a basil green tea that’s really refreshing.
