Not intended to be "fine dining", but they seem to do a reasonable job of making a quick cheese-steak sandwich.
I've been back a couple times and would go more often but it's not terribly convenient to march through the mall just to get a sandwich.
For those who think the service was poor, I suppose you haven't been to Philadelphia for a cheese-steak, now THAT'S some rude service. These guys are great in comparison.

Really liked Philly cheese steak but it had bacon on it?? A little light on other ingredients but flavor was good! I expected Mayo, lettuce and tomato but got lettuce, mayo(I think), and bacon. Gave bacon to my dogs. Lol My husband got original Philly and said it was good but couldn’t tell if it had onions. Will definitely give the restaurant another try but maybe in person!

Certainly not the "#1 cheese steak in the world", but not nearly as bad as some of the other people have said. Service was pretty good (though maybe I was just lucky). Got my order right away even with several people in front of me. I got the bacon cheesesteak which was reasonably good. However, it felt pretty overpriced for what it was.

I feel like 3.75 stars would be most appropriate. I don't think they are 4-stars good.
The Philly steaks are not the best I've had but they were good enough to finish eating. The fries were good. The prices are STEEP. I wouldn't mind paying so much if they tasted better.

Service was good the few times I went! They used quality ingredients and see them cooking. Prices are a bit expensive but for not having Philly sandwiches abundant in salt lake, I'm willing to pay for it if I'm in the area.
