Mcdonald's

The hispanic managers at this location are extremely low class individuals. They harass their employees, specifically the white ones. In a single trip through the drive through today, they screwed up two things on a 4 item order, only to find the young girl trying to work the first window was being harrassed by the manager, causing her to be unable to perform her job. Then when the mistakes are noticed at the second window, the young kid trying to help us to get it right was harrassed by both managers for "discounting the fries like 60%", instead of the 20% which was the coupon we used on our order. After arguing among themselves over roughly one dollar, ten minutes later they managed to get the order corrected after getting everyone worked up about nothing. The manager(not the one harrassing the girl, as he was hiding like a child) tells me to go to one of the other mcdonalds after I tell him this location has been screwing up my orders for the last several weeks. Run, do not walk, to another McDonald's unless you support racial profiling, harassment of young girls by greasy old men, and an absolute storm over the most minor issues. For perspective- Chik fil A refunded me a 46$ order just two days before for simply forgetting salad toppings, I didn't even ask. Now that put things into perspective.

Seems like management doesn’t care about their customers anymore. Every time my SO and I go, our order is either wrong or there’s something missing in our bag that they already charged us for. Employees seem like they don’t care about working there anymore that they just give the service they want. Night Shift manager isn’t much help and needs to relearn customer etiquette. Overall more disappointing in the last year and a half.
