Drive Through - Careless handling of order. Drink cup lid broken and leaking and not secured on cup. Both drinks messy and leaking/spilling while being handed into our car. Order incorrectly charged. 16 inch sandwich made incorrectly in several ways.

I called after half an hour and they were confused as I should have been the first delivery. My work is just down the street, only 4 minutes away by car, so there really is no excuse for taking that long. If I was allowed to leave work, I could have walked there and back much quicker. So much for "freaky fast"

Food is great for the price, but if you advertise "freaky fast" delivery, then you should offer something like say a free sandwich if it takes 30 minutes to go a mile down the road. I feel like a couple delivery people are on their game, and the others have no idea what's going on. At least that's the impression I get. I've never been in a JJ's where the guys making the sandwiches have had any trouble, so I can't imagine that's the cause.

I visited this location last week as it is just down the street from my place of employment. I went through the drive-thru and watched the employee making the sandwich throw my sandwich to the employee that was working the window who happened to be mopping the floor at the time. My sandwich landed on the ground, was picked up and brought to me. I said...are you really going to give that to me? They remade it but I'm not impressed. I'm all for having fun on the job but not with people's food! I won't be back!

They must have changed their menu because I ordered my usual recently and found it drowning in mayo. I threw it away without taking a bite. If I wanted mayo, I'd go to Erbert and Gerberts. Hint: I hate mayo and E&G is the worst. Unfortunate to see JJ's go down the same path.

We had a super good experience ordering delivery from this location tonight, freaky fast food and all that good stuff AND he’s a dog lover. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

The only complaint I really have is yall close to early. Yall are always on point with delivery but why close 4 hours earlier then all the other stores around this area?
