This location is always busy and today the order was taken by a fast speaking kind female. The speaker volume was excessively loud and she could have slowed down a bit but at least she was polite and took the order accurately. I quickly arrived at the window where a young female told me my total and handed me my order however there were no other greetings exchanged and I was not thanked or told to come again. Nothing a little training can’t help. Great coffee as always!

Friendly service and I got what I expected. Not particularly remarkable in any way but no bad experiences, either. This location is not particularly fast but even though it has a pretty steady traffic, you never have to wait too long for your order.

Pumpkin Latte before pumpkin season is over...staff is not at all engaging when you do a mobile order. Even if they are standing in front of you when you pick up your mobile order.
