Having reopened after a minor rerurbishment and under a new name 'the coffee box' (?), following a business restructuring, it was pleasant to see familiar faces and a similar menu with some additional items.

Really good, friendly and atmospheric - they try hard to quickly work through the queue for ice-cream. My favorite ice cream is pistachio and they went to the back freezer to get some as its not entirely popular choice - so thank you. My 5 year daughter loves the selection, esp raspberry Ripple and
Really Lovely tasting coffee ,plus a piece of millionaires shortcake that tasted delicious 😋. Best I've had Shop not local to me, but that won't stop me going back x
Visited whilst socially distancing. The business had a great setup to ensure both staff and customers were served safely but still with a friendly atmosphere.
And best of all the reason we were there; the ice cream was fantastic! Will be back soon, nice addition to our high street....
Wonderful place with extremely friendly staff. Great service and wonderful cakes. Looking forward to returning with my son so he can sample the milkshakes which got great compliments from people who had them while I was there.
Friendly staff, decent coffee but the cakes were a bit on the dry side. Savory food is a bit better.
Enjoyed an enormous pot of lovely tea just a shame about the barking dog spoiling the peace. A quality establishment should say to dogs to keep new and regular customers.
Small cafe but very nice. Good good and drinks at good prices. Staff very pleasant
Lovely little place which the whole family love .Very friendly with the best coffee ever !! Kids love the homemade cakes and there beautiful ice creams and milkshakes. Thank god Sawbridgeworth has this little piece of heaven
