I live in Sawston and have always collected so I’ve never had any problems at all!
Just messed my order and rang to make changes and it was sorted quickly and politely! No complaints from me!
Fast delivery and hot food, staff are very helpful over the phone when there are complications with the order.

Today I ordered from this branch of Dominos after noticing they had added a delivery cost to their website. I tentatively hoped this would fix their delivery issues.
I couldn’t be happier, my order arrived in 45 minutes, piping hot and delicious. I wanted to make a point of writing this review so they continue to do whatever it is they have done to turn their service around.

Original review - November 2021: Recently I've ordered pizza MULTIPLE times and been told 20 minutes later they don't have any drivers. Here's an 'absolute banger' of an idea, how about don't accept delivery orders if you don't have any drivers.
Food is always good , I just love dominos pizza . They always take a bit to long to get it delivered , understand they are always busy , but they consistently take 45 min to over an hour at times to deliver ( website says around 30 min ) . But all good , love them ;)
The staff were not only very skilled but also very polite. They also served with a smile. My customised pizza ordered on the app was simply spot on and made to perfection. Updates on the app of every step of the process were very timely and so when I collected the pizza it was oven hot and the smell of it made everyone hungry. So a thank you all at Domino’s Swaston.
I live within two minutes' walking distance of the Sawston Domino's, so I have no issues with delivery. When I collect, the pizzas are always really good - hot fresh and tasty. Can't ask for more.
After 1.5 hour, I am still waiting to get my food.
Everytime I call, the system just told me "it has been out for delivery", and the tracking system told me that the pizza already delivered. But they are not true.

After I call the shop, they sent me a new pizza very quickly. They are delicious and hot. Errors can happen, but corrections are good! Cheers!
Good experience. Shared a pizza with my daughter after a game at Sawston girls football using the £5.99 deal on Saturday. Pizza was good and very hot. Ready in about 15 minutes. No issues.
always ordered from here, i can honestly say staff (in store staff and delivery staff) are lovely , very helpful and reliable. No bad experiences what so ever. Given the current circumstances its must be very stressful for them but i always recieve my order with a smile and some good chit chat at times which is greatly appreciated.
