Really nice Hotel, right next to the park. Plenty of parking at the hotel and at busy times ample parking on the quiet street outside. Our room was a good size and the twin beds were comfortable. We had a shower over the bath which was simple to operate. Safe to use WIFI everywhere. The Evening meal
We attended a large function on a Sunday afternoon, the food was amazing! I had smoked haddock risotto, braised beef, and pavlova , with all the trimmings . Staff are super helpful, so polite and I would definitely recommend eating here 😊
This was the third year running our Association had their Christmas dinner get together here. The only criticism was the Crab, Lemon and Pea Risotto starter which was too salty, didn't have any flavour of crab and the rice was overcooked otherwise the rest of the meal was great.
Vey good location. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the steam bath a lot. Walking distance to Peasholm park.Highly recommend this place.
Where to start , lovely hotel which we have visited lots a few years ago . Hotel exceptional clean , as it always has been , spacious lounge and a nicely decorated throughout. Next , unfortunately have to say that the hotel now feels very impersonal, and for us breakfast was chaotic, on day one b
Used this for a funeral service. Nice for sandwiches tea and cakes. Lovely spacious room to sit in with a bar. Great!
I use the leisure club here, I haven't stayed so I can't comment on the rooms. The leisure club is great. Small but functional changing rooms that are individual cubicles. Clean showers. A small but great pool with a jacuzzi and steam room. All are very clean. Staff are friendly.

My Friend took me away for a couple of days to Park Manor Hotel this week as a Christmas present.
We had a lovely few days.
The staff were brilliant, the food was excellent and the atmosphere of the Hotel was also very good, and very clean.
We used the pool, and only a small problem there and that w
Quiet, comfortable hotel that reminded us of Fawlty Towers. Guests chatted with each other, and we learned that many of them had been going there regularly for years. There is a pool and a lukewarm bubble tub. Didn't try the steam room, but there is one there. Rooms were extremely clean and beds wer
Pro’s: Location & superb staff. Good size room.
Cons: Dated interior with a truly awful choice of decor in the rooms (neon green and brown!!) We considered it overpriced at £155 for room only.
Paper thin walls.
Nice clean hotel, ideally located for open air arena, albeit steep hill to climb. Excellent service, great breakfast, clean room but need new pillows.
Would stay again
A good choice of hotel near Peasholm park and within easy reach of promenade and open air theatre. Rooms OK, service good and food in restaurant of good standard and served on hot plates and we had white table cloths. There is a small pool and a bar.
Lovely room. Only small car park but plenty of free street parking.
Great hotel and fantastic crew. We stayed in one of the suites this time.
It's a great price with really good facilities. Rooms comfortable but some updating required, better TV and Shower heads that can be adjusted for spray type. New location in Scarborough for me and I liked it. Will be staying again. Breakfast for £10 is good value for money. Loved the swimming pool w
Just returned from an over night stay what an excellent time we have had, there were 3 x families of 4. The teenagers were kept entertained with the games room and the spa facilities. Adults were happy in the Lounge / bar. We also stayed for breakfast and evening meal, excellent food, the staff were
Fabulous food, perfectly cooked, so tasty and beautifully presented.
The dining room and lounge bar were beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff had rearranged seats and tables in the lounge bar (before we arrived) to accommodate our group of 12.
The staff were efficient and friendly and c
