We stayed last night and were absolutely blown away by the service, the value for money, the good nights sleep and especially the food. Best breakfast I've had in a long while. My compliments to chef Jordan. And all of this so close to such beautiful scenic walks.

What a fantastic, friendly pub. Went in for one drink, and ended up staying for most of the night. Quiz night too. Can't wait to get back there when we're next in Scarborough.
We stopped here for late lunch on our way in to Scarborough. We both had hunters chicken and omg it nearly beat me. The food tasted amazing and the chips were the best homecooked chips I have had in a very very long time.
Nice Christmas dinner, did the job. Staff very friendly, they were short staffed and didn't let this lower the customer service. Had run out of some drinks as had been very busy, but not the end of the world, still had a good selection. Would go again.
Decent sized Sunday dinner, which i received within 10 mins, the cheff & staff are very welcoming and polite, definitely worth the money. Highly recommended for a nice sunday din dins👌🏽

It's wonderful to see the pub open again and under a lovely welcoming staff. The only thing that upset me was the Christmas decorations before honouring our Veterans who gave the Ultimate Sacrifice for our freedom.
I will definitely be a regular customer.
As it has just opened again, it's early days but staff great, friendly. It has been decorated out very tastefully. Highly recommend a visit, good beer choice and will soon be offering food, the sample menu looks good. I wish them good luck, will definitely be visiting again.

Our first visit since it reopened, annoying when there's hardly anyone in and there is lots of dirty glasses piled up on the bar but apart from that it was clean, the staff was nice and it had a pretty good vibe.
