As ever, great night out, at this 'proper' local pub. Great hosts, a good mix of locals, and a 'juke box' that plays what you want. Cheers.
A good friendly pub. Good range of ales a short walk from hay brow campsite. Its an old fashioned getting harder to find these days. Would go again
Friendly pub with good beer. Dogs allowed.
Great pub with very good choice of beer. Staff were excellent- very friendly. Had snacks for lunch and there were excellent.

Nice local. Just went in for a beer - plenty to choose from. Recommended.
Nice local pub, friendly atmosphere
Fantastic village pub on the outskirts of Scarborough. Large outdoor seating area with some cover for the occasional shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Horse box cafe serving tasty and good value food. Very easy to reach by a frequent bus service from town (9 or 9a).
Spent a great afternoon in here, very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. It's traditional pub and the locals were friendly & welcoming.
Lot of swearing locals. Put my wife off staying after first drink
Great little pub, which we seek out each time we return to the area. On this visit we got to enjoy a folk music jamming session in the main bar. Good range of drinks and very friendly staff. Spot on.
Good pub, atmosphere and people
