We were originally a 2020 wedding but had to reschedule due to Covid, Clair, Rachel and the team were so helpful in what could have been a super stressful time and luckily we rearranged for May 2022! Great Father's Day Sunday lunch. Beautifully cooked lamb and beef and they'd made a real effort with the vegetables. Only problem was the children's portion priced at £7.95 for just one course. Lovely cafe. Great food in a very nicely decorated old building. Seating options inside and out. And they do a nice line in fresh bread, sausages etc. Very welcoming to us with an 18 month old little boy as well.
The food is excellent but is matched by the warm and friendly welcome of the staff, particularly the female manager.
Everything is cooked to order and there is a wonderland of beautiful treats to choose from.
