Proper old fashioned home cooking and portion sizes to test even the biggest of eaters, friendly staff help create a lovely relaxing environment and the banter between regulars adds a nostalgic charm often missing in today's world
Was busy when we visited but there was no wait for a table. Staff didn't mind when my friend went to chemist for me as we waited for service even though it meant we were at our table for a while longer than normal. The cafe was clean, staff friendly and helpful.
