The Promenade Cafe

We absolutely love the chalet cafe! We visit everytime We are in Scarborough (multiple times a year). The drinks are always lovely and hot and good value, plus they come in proper cups even though we are sitting outside. The views are out of this world. Dogs are very, very welcome - I'd say they are more welcome than humans and quite rightly so! We love seeing them come to the Chalet Cafe. We are also in full support of the planning application made by the Chalet cafe, it would be an excellent addition to North Bay and we do hope to see this passed and work starting very soon. Good cup of char and very reasonably priced menu. Had green tea with soya milk. Good portion of chips. Bright, colourful chairs with good sea view to watch, but chairs not so good if you have dodgy knees and dodgy legs as they are very low. I'd revisit as twas 'cheap as chips' and a very pleasant little stop.
