Ordered food to go tonight and the boneless spare ribs and egg rolls were exceptional. The food is fresh, tasty and extremely well prepared. I love the food, the family that owns it and their pride in making fresh quality food shows!

You lost a customer. Tonight was my last night ordering take out from this restaurant. I asked for Duck Sauce with my meal and I was told I had to pay for it. To be clear, I asked for a few little 1/2 ounce containers. The lady scooped up a handful of duck sauce packets (like the ketchup packets at a fast food rest) and said I could have all I wanted of those. I said no. My request was not too much for the amount of food I had purchased. $39 worth. If I ate my food “in” the restaurant, I could have as much Duck Sauce I want for FREE. What’s up with that? They made me pay $2.00 for a container. I said other places provide Duck Sauce. The lady didn’t care whatsoever. I informed the lady that I was never coming back. My family spends about $600 a year as a customer. So my message to ownership, don’t be so cheap. Pretty sure you are losing customers over this.

I’ve consistently had a good experience here. I really enjoy the food and my son loves the place. Food has been hot and tasty each time I’ve eaten here or ordered here. One of the better egg drop soups I’ve ever had. The closest thing to New York/ New Jersey Chinese food I’ve had in Maine.

This is not our normal restaurant, so we were unsure of what to expect. I had high hopes and was quickly disappointed. Food is incredibly bland, no flavor, anything fried is soggy for take out. Online ordering was the best part of this restaurant. We ordered: chicken fingers (soggy with that funny reheated chicken smell), cream rangoons (cold, frozen most likely), house lo-mein had absolutely no flavor, not an exaggeration. Pork Fried rice is as basic as basic can be...1 step above white rice. Sesame chicken was just orange chicken with sesame seeds on breaded chicken pieces, so to you guessed it, soggy. Boneless spareribs were good. Chicken wings were good (we did order them plain, so not sure of the sauce flavor). Restaurant seemed very clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. I'd continue to search before coming here.

We ordered two wonton soups last night at closing time. We got the soups back to the hotel and the wontons were falling apart and the broth thick and oily.
They were inedible.
Today we called to get a refund. It was exactly $9.72.
They said no.
Flat out said no.
What kind of a restaurant does that over a cost of under $10?!?!?!?!
The funny part is we were coming back tonight with 8 family members and I’m sure we would have spent well over $100.00
So for $10, you lost 8 customers…and well over $100
I hope it was worth it!
Run don’t walk away from this establishment!!!!!!
I’ll never go there again.
I absolutely HATE poor customer service!
At this point, it’s not even so much about the soup but my morals!
When they go out of business, you won’t see me crying!
Bye bye!

Clean, tasty, Americanized Chinese food. One way to tell how authentic a Chinese restaurant is by trying hot & sour soup. The soup was good, but it lacked a little punch. Everything was good but it lacked a little bit of authentic Chinese flavor. Often, audience determines the taste and that's exactly what it's happening. This restaurant is for the Westernized suburban mild and boring palate! Nothing wrong with that. Mongolian beef was good, but it didn't have much flavor. They could have added a bit more oyster sauce and ginger. The triple crown was probably the best dish we ordered, with chicken, beef and shrimp, but leaned on the boeing side. The beef chow fun was good, but also a bit bland and lacked more beef. The curse of having traveled all over Southeast Asia and tried all kinds of Chinese food from the best, made us crave something more authentic which it doesn't exist in Portland, ME. This restaurant definitely caters to mild Western palate. All the customers were locals. My daughter would love this food. The portion could have been a bit more for the money. Order from the regular menu instead of smaller portion lunch. Overall, clean, healthy, good food with very little MSG which resulted clean taste without any after taste. A good place to visit if you're looking for a mild Western Chinese food.
