Friendly staff, a nice full sandwich ad they let me buy a small container of chicken without me having to pay for an entire sandwich.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not one to ever post negative reviews but every single visit to this location has been a terrible one. I’m talking 5 or 6 times every experience has been bad, with extremely rude employees there food is always old looking like it’s been out all day. The employees will argue with customers even about nationwide deals. And just overall seem miserable with their jobs. Will never visit this location again even though I live within 1 mile of this one.

Watching the rest of the staff try desperately to keep up with orders and expedite people out after the same staff member Dy in and day out makes sandwiches at the speed of evolution is painful. Everyone has their strengths but this guy should be running the register not making sandwiches. Great effort by everyone else to try and make up for it though.

We ordered a 12"sub and 6" sub but they charged us for 2, 12" Subs... There's definitely a 6 inch difference
