Sorry about my first review- I don't know what happened there! Definitely worth 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we only called in for a cup of tea- which was perfect and cream scone 👍my husband tried the milkshake- which he loved! There was a lot of shaded areas to sit in, lots of water bowls around for the dogs. Frie
Well worth a visit. This is our second visit and wasn't disappointed. The scones and cakes in the cafe are delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating inside and out. Gift shop has some lovely items and the recently revamped playground is fab. Owner even gave the kids some toy foxes for
Great to sit outside on a warm day. Plenty of tables. Food excellent as a service. Bit of an ongoing issue with the toilets though.
Pick up your menu and cutlery on the way in and find a table. Went up to order and paid at the counter, nice little discount for having a blue light card. Drinks were served promptly. Had a little wait for the quiche and chips we ordered to be served but it was well worth the wait. The quiche was ho
Plenty of parking at this venue. The friends I went with have been before but l never had. It is spotless and there are plenty of tables spaced out over 2 rooms. One of my friends went to place our orders for 5 of us and gave strict instructions about our meals being served on hot plates, ( on previ
Lovely place to visit. Cafe very good. Craft and soft furnishings and a garden centre. Outside seating and a place for children to play in good weather. Will definitely return soon
It's a lovely airy space and the doors were wide open to the outdoor area which was great. I just wasn't keen on the amount of dogs inside. That said the food was delicious and the play areas are a great idea for younger children!
Excellent cafe. Chef James made the best pie and chips i have had in ages. Lots of work in progress. New play area opening next month. Awesome shop upstairs and Simon the owner and salesman was very professional with excellent knowledge. Love this place. Well done Guys.
Nice meal, however lasagne was very pasta heavy, not much bolengnaise sauce. Tea is expensive almost £3 a pot. Lovely setting , looks great lots of tables now. Pity scones don't come with raspberry conserve like they used to.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Ellerton Cafe and Farm Shop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. General Manager Simon and Assistant Manager Alice went above and beyond to e
Just popped in for tea and shortcake and was surprised how lovely the place was. Large inside and out. Lots on the menu. Children's play area and small garden centre next to it. Lake nearby.
Lovely cafe, have been here many times over the years and food is always fantastic. I now have a dog and she is very welcome, both inside and out, with dog water bowls provided. Very good menu, short queues and lovely friendly staff.
Been several times as a cycling destination for lunch, on different days of the week. Nice rural setting, close to lake. Teashop well set out and spacious. Counter service, but queue always tends to build up, despite many staff to hand. It seems the lady who takes the orders also makes the drinks. T
