Love Marks and I use the cafe regularly. Only problem is the high ceiling makes it noisy.

Saw Jill in the lingerie department and asked about a bra fitting as I'd telephoned the day before. She booked me and mum in straight away and went for a drink in the cafe for 30mins until out appointment. She was wonderful especially as I have medical equipment attached to my arm and stomach 24/7 and she did everything yo make sure I was comfortable. Fitted perfect bought 2 bras. Then was my mums turn who didn't think they would havd anything for her. She tried on a good few until my mum was happy and she bought 2 bras also.

I would like to thank Emma and Carrie from the ladies clothing section. I lost my iPhone whilst shopping earlier today. The empathy, customer care and help they delivered whilst we were all trying to look for my iPhone was exceptional. They are a credit to the store, once again thank you both so much.

Took my daughter for her first Bra fitting , which was a huge thing for her to ask as she has autism and not keen in touch so up to now only would wear crop tops , they were short staffed and I didn’t realise needed an appointment, but on knowing the circumstances a very lovely lady called Loraine jumped in to help , she was very kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable , she now had her bras . Thank you Lorraine x

Great Quality for Clothes, Home items, Gifts, Food and Drink inside this Marks and Spencer Shop, alot of space for you to have a walk around and Prices are a little bit far too much expensive but really well tidy and Presented items, very kind top Customer Service from Staff Members, keep up the good Work

Great produce, and clothes ,although on last visit to the cafe, it left a lot to be desired , food was cold ,cutlery dirty, tables needed clearing . Hopefully this was a one off, as I have been before and all has been good.

Standard M & S branch on multiple floors. Plenty of choice and well worth waiting for the sales. Unfortunately they no longer sell the skin care formula I used to use.

I visited today and the guy who served me Francesco was so friendly even though busy it wasn't to much trouble to chat not just me but others for some that mite be the only person theve spoke to all day he's a credit to m&s Scunthorpe

A great place to shop or simply browse. There is a good variety of ladies, gents, children's and homeware as well as a well stocked food section. Very friendly helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere.

One of my favourite M&S stores in the UK. Its location is perfect with ample parking and close to other big stores. The food section is my favourite. Everything is so fresh and prices reasonable. I never leave this store without treating myself to a coffee and a sweet at the cafė. In every section the staff is always eager to help.
