Recently re-opened after a change of management and refurbishment. The cod and chips were the best I have had in ages, the chips were freshly cooked and the cod wasn't oily at all. The new look is spotless and welcoming and the opening hours are much more accommodating. Highly recommend.
We spent an hour here sat outside in the sunshine eating takeaway chips and enjoying a cold can of Pepsi. The chips were delicious. There was a water bowl for the dog. Prices are reasonable £6 for chips and 2 cans of pop.

It can get busy and sometimes they run especially when it's a really nice day and the beach front is busy.

Popped here on a Friday night with the girls, for a beach walk and food. Chips were spot on, fish was cooked well with a lovely batter, although smaller than some other chip shops, was still tasty, and the curry sauce was banging. They were very kind and stayed open an hour after they were due to close. Good chips, reasonably priced. The manager has a good sense of humour.
Great fish n chips here! Visited just before closing at 7:30 pm on the first night of our holiday, all really hungry. Pubs were fully booked, so this place was a life-saver. Reasonable waiting time. Golden crispy batter, generous portions. Very tasty! Recommended.
