I went through the drive through around 9pm Friday Dec. 22, got confused by my request for “starry” as a drink, which is offered, and repeatedly put “Diet Pepsi” as my drink instead, even after asking a coworker. Asked for sprite, got starry. Found this in my bag after receiving the order, and the food was correct.

Update 11/12/23: the service was still great but the quality of the food has gone down while the prices have skyrocketed. The Dorito Nacho taco had nothing really in it and the shell was partially crushed. We opted to dine it, too.
I always get the unsweetened ice tea and it was watered down. I'm not sure how they make it but it wasn't good. Can't say we'll be back again.
Previous review: Very fresh food at a reasonable price. Clean bathrooms. They offer vegetarian options which is also great. I've found that the service at this location is very fast and friendly.

The food was delicious but the employees always seem like there is a problem. No napkins no hot sauce. Other then the wait in the drive thru line about 10 minutes. I’ll go back hoping for better customer service.

This place is always extremely busy with long wait times. HOWEVER, THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD. With the exception of not giving me a refund for the frozen drinks after i paid for them.......since the machines are broken..... they still make my order exactly as asked. Their potatoes are always crispy in my burrito. Basically, the long 40minute lines are worth it because this is best taco bell I've been to.
Update: My boyfriend and I acknowledged that the white guy with the blonde hair is a REALLY good worker. Y’all better be paying these guys well because they work to the bone
